New Forest, Dehra Dun.The Central Editorial Board does not hold it self responsible for the opinions expressed by the authors.The Central Editorial Board reserves the right of unsuspicious or rejecting any contribution and of making suitable alterations and amendments, without assigning any reason.GUIDELINES TO AUTHORSPresentation of the article- The contribution should be submitted in the pursuit format :Title, Name of author/authors withal with their affiliation/address, Abstract, Key words, Introduction, Material and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion and References. The matter should be typed in double space on one side only of A4 size paper with a margin of 2.5 cm. Contributions should be sent in indistinguishable (Hard copies) withal with electronic version either on line or in CD exactly matching the printed matter.Submission of Manuscript-Authors may submit their vendible for publication in Indian Forester at our website www.Indianforester.co.in. They may moreover send their manuscripts by surface/airmail for consideration. For the processing of wonted papers, electronic versions are required. After final acceptance, the soft reprinting of the final paper (CD), withal with exactly matching printed versions should be submitted. Label the CD disk with the vendible no., title and authors’ name. Please make all illustrations only in woebegone and white. Please note that the figures given must not contain any background/screen. In specimen of scanned half- tones (photographs) inserted in the text, invariably send the original photo prints also.Title-This should be in woodcut capitals, unenduring and specific conveying the main subject of the contents of the paper. The title should be followed with the name of author/ authors (in woodcut capitals) withal with their troupe and well-constructed address. Senior/ respective tragedian should moreover requite his/her email Id if available.Introduction-It should introduce the topic with abackground knowledge/studies related to the topic, justifying the selection of the study and moreover elaborate in short the objectives of the study. One liner- One liner should be katchy highlighting the main outcome of the study in brief, just in one line (not exceeding 25 words).Abstract-Abstract should summarize the content of the paper. It should be accurate, expressive, intelligible and unenduring (not exceeding 200 words). Do not write references nor exhibit equations in the abstract.Keywords-Three to five keywords which are prominently used in the paper and have relevance to the contents should be given pursuit the “Abstract”.Illustrations/Photographs-The number of illustrations should be kept minimum as their reproduction is costly. Photographs and drawings should, if possible, be made to the correct proportion of the printing page of the journal. Nothing should be written in pencil or ink or typewritten on the when of the illustration. Photographs and illustrations should not be pinned or sewn with thread. The Photographs should be in woebegone and white, or coloured, with pronounced contrasts and slick finish. Captions should be typed or written on separate strips of paper and tying with colourless adhesives to the when of the prints. The injudicious place where the illustrations are to be inserted should be indicated in the text, and the illustrations should be serially numbered. When mailing, illustrations should be placed between cardboards held together by thin thread or clips.Note: Since printing of coloured photographs is expensive than B/W photos, Indian Forester is charging ` 3000/- per plate (1 to 4 pages) of coloured photographs from the authors.Tables -Tables should be reduced to the simplest form and present only essential data. Small tables are given at towardly place in the text while worthier tables should be submitted on separate sheets at the end of the vendible and must fit into single column, full width or, if veritably necessary, landscape format. The use of vertical rules should be avoided. Numerical results should be calculated with suitable statistical package indicating significant differences, quoting probability levels.Conclusion:Although conclusion may review the main points of the paper, do not replicate the utopian as the conclusion. It should indicate unmistakably advantages, limitations and possible applications and extensions of the study.References-References should be given at the end of the vendible on separate sheet of paper. Reference to a quotation in the text should be made by ways of the author's name followed by the year of publication in parenthesis. The references, in the list should be serried alphabetically in chronological order. References should be written uniformly as the author's name and initials (abbreviated), the year of publication (in parenthesis) , the title of the article, the title of the typesetting or periodical (in italics) volume number (in bold) and the page numbers, thus:Articles in a journalHamilton, A.P.F.
